On the evening of October 14, 2004, roughly 50 residents of the Tenney Lapham neighborhood gathered for their Fall Spaghetti Dinner/Annual Meeting at Christ Presbyterian Church on E. Gorham. A brief announcement was made explaining the need for public input concerning the redevelopment of the 800 block of E. Washington by Gorman and Company. There were information sheets posted on the walls and people were invited to review the sheets and to post a sticky dot next to each concept they felt were important. They were also encouraged to leave ideas on the blank "Ideas" sheets. If they agreed with ideas already written down, they were encouraged to leave a dot on that idea. Following are the results: (posted by David Waugh, 1213 E.
